In order to investigate criticalities and potentialities of Digital Learning in training courses for teachers specialised in support activities, this paper focuses on the quality and effectiveness of teaching-learning methodologies conveyed precisely through the use of Information and Communication Technologies. Specifically, the subject of this investigation is the perceptions of a sample of tutorials, from which they benefited during their training, as a mediator and teaching device. Through the evaluation of learning outcomes and formative feedback, the reflection is directed, in conclusion, towards the implementation of training courses aimed at the construction of professional profiles capable of using technologies in inclusive educational contexts.
