L’inclusione socio-lavorativa di giovani adulti con disturbo dello spettro autistico: l’esperienza della Cooperativa sociale Artemista

Abstract

Il presente contributo indaga il tema dell’inserimento lavorativo di persone con disabilità con un focus specifico sul disturbo dello spettro autistico (ASD). Dopo aver delineato il quadro nazionale ed europeo, che evidenzia una marcata sottoccupazione e la persistenza di stereotipi limitanti, l’articolo ripercorre l’evoluzione normativa italiana dal collocamento mirato alla recente riforma introdotta dal DL 62/2024. Nonostante un impianto normativo in evoluzione i dati evidenziano quanto l’inserimento al lavoro rimanga una sfida complessa, segnata da pregiudizi, difficoltà di accesso e mancanza di percorsi stabili. L’esperienza della cooperativa sociale Artemista, nel caso riportato dei “Cantieri di orientamento e accompagnamento all’inclusione socio-lavorativa”, rappresenta uno spunto di riflessione significativo rilevando la difficoltà di tradurre occasioni di formazione in reali opportunità occupazionali e segnalando la necessità di un approccio sistemico e interprofessionale. L’inclusione lavorativa richiede, infatti, una rete sistemica di servizi, enti e università, capace di tradurre esperienze locali in strategie di lungo periodo per garantire coerenza, sostenibilità e impatto trasformativo.
