The process of inclusion of people with disabilities has reached a very high level of quality in our country in the field of education and training. In the last fifty years Italy has been able to choose a very significant path towards people with disabilities or problems. Thanks to the promulgation of excellent laws, it has been able to adopt an advanced model of school inclusion, understanding how important it is to give dignity to these people also by planning social and work integration paths. In January 1999, our country, with Law 17, completed the institutional regulatory framework by safeguarding the right to inclusion also in universities, making it compulsory for each university to set up a special service. The contribution presents the results and the meergent elements of the "Accessibility" project carried out by the Integration Services for Students with Disabilities and Dyslexia of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore aimed at breaking down all the existing barriers in the social and didactic life of the University that actually limit the full inclusion of these students.
