This contribution aims to highlight the fundamental role that orientation can play, assumed consciously and responsibly by the more adult generations with regard to young people. This orientation is rooted in the merging categories of pedagogical culture which has always known how the subjects develop in their constitutive relationship and of co-belonging with the contexts of reference and, at the same time, has laid out approaches, methods and instruments of guidance, support, facilitation and consulting for individual and collective growth, wellbeing, sustainability and social justice. These devices allow, with an educational intentionality attentive to not excluding the implicit and unaware components, supporting the construction of educational trajectories, of sustainable stories of education aware of the paths that orient them.
