Le regioni del cibo: processi, politiche, narrazioni1

Abstract

Questo contributo focalizza l’attenzione sulle regioni del cibo, proponendo diverse chiavi di lettura per interpretare in maniera critica la complessità e l’evoluzione del rapporto tra cibo e spazio. Partendo dalle principali teorie elaborate sulle regioni del cibo, vengono presentate alcune prospettive di riferimento per la ricerca: il punto di vista processuale per leggere i cambiamenti di lungo periodo; la prospettiva relazionale che pone l’accento sugli attori e sulle dinamiche di governance; la dimensione narrativa che enfatizza gli elementi socio-culturali. Considerando queste prospettive, il lavoro elabora un approccio analitico dei processi territoriali attorno al cibo che integra tre ambiti: l’impatto delle pratiche degli attori; il ruolo delle politiche locali; l’influenza delle narrazioni.
