Progettare in prospettiva ICT-TPCK: Hybrid Solution per lo sviluppo di soft skill in Higher Education

Abstract

L’adozione di procedure di progettazione integrata ICT-TPCK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowledge) può favorire un efficace ragionamento progettuale dei docenti. La finalità è considerare tutti gli elementi necessari per sviluppare effettiva integrazione di ICT nella didattica in ambienti d’apprendimento HIS (Hybrid Instruction Solution). Lo studio mix-method è stato svolto nell’a.a. 2017-18 coinvolgendo 42 docenti volontari. L’obiettivo era la progettazione e realizzazione di soluzioni ibride onsite/online per valorizzare soft skill specifiche nell’ambito di insegnamenti disciplinari curricolari. E’ stato costruito un questionario strutturato, somministrato in entrata e in uscita, che ha condotto a interessanti riflessioni in merito ad alcune questioni ancora aperte in Higher Education, soprattutto nel contesto nazionale: la qualità e gli obiettivi della formazione dei docenti; l’effettivo superamento della frontalità della didattica; la relazione tra affordance tecnologiche e approcci metodologici.
