Abstract

The National Plan for Mental Health for the period 2025-2030 is a significant and ambitious document that addresses major mental health challenges in Italy. Is it too ambitious? Is it fully realizable? What are the biggest issues and obstacles to its full implementation? In this short paper, I will propose a series of potential problems and offer recommendations for addressing and mitigating them.
