This paper aims to evaluate the recovery process in a Mental Health Day Center (CDSM) during 2023 through a battery of tests (SCL-90-R, RAS, Brief Cope, WHOQOL, HoNOS Scale, Kennedy Scale) with a specific schedule: at 2 months from admission, at 6 months, at 12 months and then maintaining the annual cadence until discharge. The aim is therefore to assess the effectiveness of evidence-based activities in a rehabilitation pathway over time. What was measured was divided into two databases: a first one (analysed with mixed models) with the data obtained in 2023, a second one (analysed with the Wilcoxon test) with the discharges recorded in 2023 to which a comparison was made with what was recorded at the entrance of those who finished the journey. From the results, significant data emerged: a reduction of the subject’s state of distress as the rehabilitation pathway progressed, an aspect that is in line with this type of patients that are resistant to change and require a long time to activate the recovery process.
