Brief introductory reading in a group key to Alberto Eiguer’s paper “The Aeneid, exile and uprooting”

Abstract

The authors bring out some group aspects that can be deduced from reading Eiguer’s text. In particular, they focus on the migration problem that determines a feeling of displacement and uprooting on the exiles. One wonders about the transgenerational mandate, the acceptance of the foreign other, feelings of hatred and revenge and the social unconscious.
