In this article, the author explores the sense of belonging as both a constraint and a resource for sharing the theoretical-clinical diversity of the teachers. To do so, the author analyses the interviews made with the year coordinators of the various COIRAG School sites. The author’s aim is to work towards integration and complementarity. The author emphasises the need to consider the ethical and epistemological foundations of our profession, which is facing significant changes in the social world. These changes require a rethinking of the epistemology and praxis of the therapeutic fields.
