The authors present the assumptions and the project lines of the constitution within the COIRAG of an “interest group” dedicated to the developmental age. The initiative has met an important need and an equally significant cultural and operational heritage within the COIRAG Federation, mirroring the social need to bring the developmental phase of life, from conception and birth to adolescence and the prolonged entry into adulthood, back to collective attention. Epistemological, clinical and political attention is paid, with the aim of finding an integration between the different levels, that is, by paying clinical attention to policies and operating politically and with the tools of institutional analysis to promote the exercise of a personoriented clinic, capable of taking into account his internal world, his internal groupality as well as the complex network in which he is immersed. The life cycle in its development goes through psychobiological phases, different environmental, social and institutional situations, with the involvement of institutional subjects and actors that are increasingly different, in an increasing complexity, which involves the activation of networks, of which the first steps are outlined, to enrich the points of view and strengthen actions on convergent objectives.
