Abstract

This contribution aims to bring the attention to the issue of the role of enterprise tutors and their recognition as educational agents within the broader discourse on work-related learning places. 

Through shadowing and in-depth interviews, the study examined the experiences of the tutors regarding the co-construction of learning spaces and educational design, as well as the requests for qualification and participation.
