The above-mentioned statement applies to all manuscripts submitted to the journal Excellence and Innovation in Learning and Teaching. Research and Practices and may be revised at any time by the publisher (FrancoAngeli), the editor-in-Chief and the editorial board. Duties outlined for editors, authors, and reviewers are based on the COPE – Core practices.
Open Access
Excellence and Innovation in Learning and Teaching. Research and Practices is an Open Access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher, according to the Creative Commons License "Attribution-NonCommercial-No Derivative Works 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC-ND), as reported in this page.
The CC-BY-NC-ND license allows the reuse of the whole content for non-commercial purposes without modifications. Original authorship must be fairly recognized.
Copyright is assigned to the publisher FrancoAngeli, after signing the license agreement (here). The author(s) does/do not retain the copyright on Author Accepted Manuscript (AAM) version and the final, published, Version of Record (VoR) of the article. Copyright must be certified in the following way: "© Copyright FrancoAngeli". The CC BY-NC-ND license is mandatory and it's granted by the publisher under the license agreement with the author(s).

Excellence and Innovation in Learning and Teaching. Research and Practices is a semiannual Journal, it publishes Special Issues that focus on a specific area of research that has broad appeal and falls within the aims and scope of the journal.
Previous issues (2016 to 2019) are available behind a paywall, in the publisher's site or in Casalini Torrossa.
