Abstract

This article focuses on higher education and the development of self-regulation in college students who have been involved in a workshop for the self-assessment of strategic skills. The research shows that when students are given the opportunity to evaluate, reflect on, and enhance their learning strategies, they will be able to derive the strength and motivation essential for success in their studies and in managing their personal life plans.
