The program ‘zero-territory-long-term unemployment’ is here analyzed through field research on three ongoing experiences. The case studies differ in the size of the municipalities in which they are placed. As well, one is part of the 58 projects, which have been already approved, whereas the other two are part of the 80 proposals, which are trying to access it. The study is framed in broader research on deliberative democracy devices in France and, in particular, in the Loire-Atlantique Department.
