Le Food policy in una prospettiva multi e transcalare

Abstract

Le food policy stanno ricevendo un crescente interesse per varie ragioni legate al ruolo del cibo e dei sistemi del cibo in grandi sfide, dal cambiamento climatico alla giustizia sociale, alla salute e al benessere umano e delle specie animali, alla sostenibilità del territorio e dei sistemi urbani.
Questo contributo si propone di analizzare e interpretare questo processo, in una prospettiva multi e transcalare, affiancando e integrando sguardi geografici con quelli di altre discipline (economia, diritto, scienza politica), e leggendo narrative e spazi coinvolti dalla costruzione di food policy. Adottando la mobilità delle politiche come chiave interpretativa, l’articolo analizza e ricostruisce le principali narrazioni che hanno caratterizzato le politiche del cibo globali, nazionali, regionali e locali e urbane.
