Abstract

The objective of the project "HCV elimination plan 2.0 - Implementation of treatment paths in the SerD Centers of Lombardy for patients with HCV" was to better manage the patient journey of drug users (PWUD) with HCV through the implementation of treatment paths within the SerD centers in Lombardy. The working team started in 2022 building up a diagnostic therapeutic assistance path (PDTA) shared between all 25 units of the region and continued this year with the verification of its implementation.
