Progetto Ben Essere Donna. Intervento di prevenzione e promozione della salute rivolto a donne con problematiche alcol correlate

Abstract

Un'équipe multidisciplinare, composta da operatori del Dipartimento delle Dipendenze dell'ASUITs e del privato sociale, ha avviato un progetto di promozione alla salute rivolto a donne con problematiche alcol correlate che hanno concluso un trattamento di disintossicazione. Molte di loro provengono da contesti relazionali fragili e inadeguati a creare stabilità e motivazione nei percorsi di cura. Gli interventi sono finalizzati a promuovere stili di vita sani e un benessere senza l’assunzione di sostanze psicotrope e contenendo l’uso di ansiolitici e farmaci sintomatici, sostenendo l'empowerment personale per prevenire ricadute e drop out. Lo studio qualitativo effettuato mostra una generale soddisfazione delle donne partecipanti al progetto.
