Abstract

This study, based on a validated survey to analyze organizational well-being, was applied for the first time to a group of hospital nurses. The data analysis took into account variables such as age, gender, workplace, years of service, and academic level achieved. The results highlighted significant differences between the various groups based on the selected criteria. However, numerous points of convergence also emerged among the participants, suggesting that, despite the differences, there are common factors influencing organizational well-being within the studied population.
These elements are crucial for identifying targeted interventions and improving support for nurses, strengthening the healthcare system and their professional commitment.
