Misurazione della soddisfazione lavorativa in un gruppo di infermieri ospedalieri
Abstract
Questo studio, basato su una survey validata per analizzare il benessere organizzativo, è stato applicato per la prima volta a un gruppo di infermieri ospedalieri. L’analisi dei dati ha preso in considerazione variabili come età, sesso, luogo di lavoro, anni di servizio e livello accademico raggiunto. I risultati hanno evidenziato differenze significative tra i vari gruppi, in base ai criteri scelti. Tuttavia, sono emersi anche numerosi punti di convergenza tra i partecipanti, suggerendo che, nonostante le differenze, esistano fattori comuni che influenzano il benessere organizzativo all’interno della popolazione studiata. Questi elementi sono cruciali per individuare interventi mirati e migliorare il supporto agli infermieri, rafforzando il sistema sanitario e il loro impegno professionale.
