This article will outline an intervention model designed for complex cases and promoted by the association SP4ZIO Giovani, Famiglie, Gruppi APS of Torino. A particular focus will be placed on the tool of Multifamily Groups (MFGs), explored through the support of some clinical vignettes and reflections shared by Dr. E. Pascal. The Anteros Project is configured as a territorial therapeutic intervention through a community-based approach. The foundational idea is to build meaningful care networks to promote inclusion, support, and the enhancement of the most vulnerable subjects. The MFG brings together the different levels of intervention within the project and re-presents them in a collective form, promoting the construction of meaning and cohesion. Due to its complexity, the MFG represents the therapeutic context that most closely resembles real society, and it offers broad possibilities for prevention and therapeutic intervention, thanks to its capacity to foster multiple identifications, models, dialogues, and lived experiences. This method presents itself as a simple, practical, and more democratic way to address human issues, constituting a true social revolution in the fields of psychology and psychiatry.
