This article presents the experience of the Limen project, a series of experiential and interprofessional training sessions for care professionals supporting young migrants. This is a “pilot” project that employs an innovative and rarely used methodology in the field of intercultural training: analytic psychodrama. The article explores how this methodology was used to encourage reflection on professional practices and intercultural dynamics, fostering greater awareness and sharing among participants. Following an introduction to the project and the challenges faced by those working in the field of migration, the contributions of the psychodramatists highlight the main issues that emerged during the sessions. The conclusion evaluates the outcomes of this experience and discusses the innovative aspects and potential of using this methodology in the training of professionals working in intercultural contexts.
