How does psychodrama interact with the group-analytic device in the training of psychotherapists? A third element, be it space, time, writing, group, or interview, is the leitmotif of this article. A path that winds its way between individual and shared reflection. The starting point is two years of work through the experiential group at the COIRAG Specialization School in Rome between 2021 and 2022. The voices of the three authors, through reflections, intertwined interviews, and analysis of reports, offer different points of view on the same training experience, alternating between the perspective of teaching and that of learning. This is a starting point for hypothesizing new working models that serve to define the professional identity of the psychotherapist.
