Abstract

I primi 1.000 giorni di vita rappresentano una finestra cruciale per la salute e il benessere lungo tutto l’arco della vita. In questo contributo si descrive il percorso che ha portato all’integrazione di tale prospettiva all’interno della Joint Action

europea Prevent Non-Communicable Diseases (JA PreventNCD), con particolare ri-ferimento al Task 6.5 dedicato alla Baby-Friendly Community & Health Services. L’articolo approfondisce il ruolo della responsività genitoriale, della transettorialità e della multidisciplinarietà, evidenziando come i gruppi e il sostegno tra pari rappre-sentino strumenti chiave per la promozione della salute nei contesti comunitari. Viene inoltre presentata l’esperienza di collaborazione tra l’Istituto Superiore di Sa-nità (ISS) e la Confederazione di Organizzazioni Italiane per la Ricerca Analitica sui Gruppi (COIRAG) come esempio di integrazione tra saperi clinici, psicosociali e di sanità pubblica.
