The contribution proposes a reflection on the aspects of the process of inclusion as a systemic action and suggests the model of educational poliferie – understood as “local learning communities” – to promote and support educational interventions synergistically. The experience of the Covid-19 pandemic has confirmed that combating isolation and exclusion of the most vulnerable, such as students with special educational needs, can occur with the active collaboration of all stakeholders, of which universities and research centers are also part. The contribution identifies in the action of participation, reflection, and transformation an opportunity of the highest value to develop effective interpretative and intervention schemes to support the work of teachers and the entire educational community.
