Peer review process
Each submission is first assessed by the journal’s editors who check its adherence to the editorial line. If the submission passes this first reading, it will be assigned to an editor belonging to the Editorial Board who will send it to two reviewers, except in the case of experts invited to contribute for their recognized expertise. The reviewers may be members of the Scientific Committee, the Board of Referees, or selected on a case-by-case basis by the Editorial Board. The full list of referees is kept at the Editorial Office and published periodically on the Journal’s website. The editor will then inform the author of the indications provided by the referees. If the opinions of the two referees disagree, a third referee will be consulted. The editors will assess whether the adjustments are satisfactory. If not, the Editorial Board will request further adjustments. Before being finally accepted, the submission must be fully adapted to the editorial standards of the Journal.
