In this essay, we focus on the Lipmanian philosophical community dialogue as a tool for building a collegial reflexive relation. After delving into the construct of reflexivity and the dimension of collegiality, having explored the linkages between the two categories, we will see why philosophical community dialogue is a functional approach to work on these fundamental aspects of teaching professionalism. Then, we will analyze a training experience conducted with teachers in a primary school in which this approach was used to build a reflective collegial relationship.
