The contribution presents a case study relating to the use of the Bio Curriculum as a training tool part of the examination Portfolio of General Pedagogy and Adult Education at the School of Medicine of University of Bari Aldo Moro.
The experimentation of reflective tasks moves from scientific literature that crosses reflective practices, transformative learning and complexity sciences. The focus is on the promotion of the soft skills of care professionals related to systemic thinking understood as a “meta-discipline”.
