Abstract

Mindfulness practice allows and support the ability of being self-conscious and well aware of our own mental state, throught an intentional, unjudging attention to the current moment: the body is not just a spectator of the process but participate with its essence, its presence and its potential. Observing and listening to the body, both static that in motion, are crucial steps in the path toward an increased awareness.
