Abstract

More like an art than a technique, midnfulness is learned and taught in structured and manualized protocols, in which the role of the instructor is fundamental.
In this article we will try to outline the essential qualities of an instructor. The mindfulness teacher is, in fact, the one who transmits mindfulness in a direct and experiential way and represents a model of the qualities and conscious approach that he wants to teach.
