La supervisione in psicoterapia della Gestalt: la prospettiva situazionale come antidoto contro la vergogna

Abstract

L’articolo attinge ai vari studi gestaltici sulla supervisione, evidenziando come ciascuno di essi applichi i principi della psicoterapia della Gestalt. Tuttavia, la svolta umanistica che colloca il rapporto paziente/terapeuta nella paritarietà esistenziale non trova una chiara applicazione negli esempi di supervisione gestaltica, nel cui sfondo rimane lo scarto tra chi sa di più e chi sa di meno, come definizione epistemologica della relazione di supervisione. L’autrice propone dunque di rivedere il concetto di supervisione in psicoterapia della Gestalt come riconoscimento dell’intenzionalità terapeutica del supervisionato, all’interno del campo fenomenologico co-creato da supervisore e supervisionato. Nella pratica, il supervisore applicherà questo concetto facendo chiarezza su ciò che il supervisionato già sa sul paziente, dal punto di vista diagnostico, anamnestico, estetico e relazionale, e sostenendo le intenzionalità del terapeuta e del paziente, che formano il campo fenomenologico, o situazione di supervisione. L’autrice propone a questo punto delle linee guida per i supervisori, per concretizzare questa prospettiva nella pratica clinica.
