Abstract

The management and enhancement of family artistic heritage is a need particularly felt by the younger generation of HNWF (High Net Worth Families) which own important collections of works of art. The aim of this study is to contribute to the knowledge of the various economic and legal issues that families, with important artistic patrimonies, face in the management and enhancement of their collections.
The work analyzes the motivations and needs of families in the management of their artistic heritage including the legal aspects of the transmission of the artistic heritage within the family and to third.
