The contribution presents the results of an exploratory study, carried out within the DidaSco Professional Development Course entitled <em>European design in the school of autonomy</em> (2019/2020). The study was carried out by means of a questionnaire drawn up in accordance with the <em>European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework EntreComp</em>(<span lang="EN-US">Bacigalupo et al., </span>2016). The study aims to understand teacher representations on the teacher’s entrepreneurial skills and on the variables that facilitate the development of entrepreneurship at school. It also aims to identify the training needs perceived by teachers. The results show the the importance of building multidimensional learning ecosystems.  There is also a need to enhance the role of the school manager in supporting entrepreneurial education as a process of development of the entire school environment.</p> ER -
