In light of the innovations introduced with the fourth cycle of the course (that is the possibility that even those who are not currently teachers can access to the course), the present quali-quantitative survey aims to analyze the trainees’ profile, noting their current work, their motivations and their expectations. From data analysis a profile emerges, that of a highly motivated trainee who wants to undertake the specialization course to acquire knowledge and skills, which are useful at school. This is also true for those who already teaches (152 out of 237), even if with fixed-term contracts. Among the skills the trainees desire to acquire, a very important role is playing by the ability to effectively relate to colleagues. It is a fundamental competence for ensuring that pupils with disabilities are not the exclusive prerogative of the specialized teacher and to have the courage to evolve, becoming a specialized teacher for the whole class, that is, an inclusive teacher.</p> ER -
