Outcomes of an exploratory investigation about professional beliefs and needs of postgraduates at the University of Molise JF - Education Sciences & Society - Open Access JA - ESS VL - 13 IS - 2 SE - Articles/Articoli DO - 10.3280/ess2-2022oa14516 UR - https://journals.francoangeli.it/index.php/ess/article/view/14516 SP - AB - <p>The aim of the paper is to describe the results of an exploratory survey in which 448 respondents out of a total of 463 participants of the 6th cycle of the Specialization Course for educational support activities for students with disabilities carried out at the University of Molise.</p><p>The goal was to define a general profile of the participants to investigate some of their professional beliefs, as well as understand their training needs.</p><p>The results of the survey provide, on the one hand, useful information for the management of the course and coordination activities between teaching, laboratories and internships; on the other hand, indications regarding the thematic areas of competence to be developed.</p> ER -
